About the role
PwC India delivers consulting services across cybersecurity and other business areas to clients. This person will develop and configure ServiceNow solutions for cybersecurity and GRC workstreams, including workflows, integrations, reporting and testing.
What you'll do
- Design and configure ServiceNow platform solutions
- Develop workflows, scripts, reports and third-party integrations
- Test ServiceNow changes through quality assurance and user acceptance testing
- Support end-to-end technical delivery and client workstreams
- Guide junior team members and review their work
