About the role
GE Vernova's Grid Automation and Software Cybersecurity organization develops security capabilities for enterprise and operational technology environments. The engineer will build and improve AI-enabled detection, response, vulnerability management, and security platform automation.
What you'll do
- Develop detection coverage using behavioral analytics and AI/ML
- Automate alert triage, threat prioritization, and response workflows
- Investigate incidents and improve response playbooks
- Drive vulnerability identification, prioritization, and remediation
- Build integrations and automation for enterprise security platforms
- Mentor team members and promote security engineering practices
