About the role
phData is a remote-first data and AI consultancy that builds intelligence platforms and AI applications for enterprise clients. You will engineer and operationalize production agentic AI solutions, including retrieval pipelines and workflows, while contributing to client delivery and reusable engineering patterns.
What you'll do
- Build and operationalize agentic AI solutions, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent workflows
- Translate client requirements and solution designs into production-grade code
- Develop reliability, security, observability, evaluation, and guardrail strategies
- Create reusable agentic accelerators and reference implementations
- Collaborate with client teams and technical partners to deliver engagements
- Review code, test deliverables, and uphold security and governance standards
