About the role
Narvar provides retailers with a platform for post-purchase customer experiences. This role partners with global R&D leaders on people strategy and owns India HR operations, compliance, and employee experience.
What you'll do
- Advise R&D leaders on talent strategy and organizational plans
- Lead R&D workforce planning, organizational design, and technical career frameworks
- Guide performance, promotion, succession, and leadership development programs
- Own India HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle processes
- Manage employee relations, investigations, and POSH responsibilities
- Use people data to inform recommendations and workforce decisions
