About the role

Lowe’s India supports technology and business services for Lowe’s, a home improvement retailer, and its team builds real-time fraud technology that protects payment transactions. The manager will lead engineering teams delivering fraud and payment-risk services, data platforms, APIs and machine-learning capabilities.

What you'll do

Lead and develop engineering teams, including hiring, coaching and performance management
Oversee the design, build and maintenance of fraud and payment software services
Establish engineering practices for code quality, reliability, observability and incident response
Guide delivery of data platforms, APIs and event-driven services for fraud workflows
Coordinate product priorities, team capacity, schedules and resource forecasts
Resolve escalated defects and issues across application and platform systems
