About the role
Smartsheet provides a work management platform and is applying machine learning and AI agents across its customer lifecycle. This role sets technical direction, architects and ships models and sub-agents, and establishes modeling and production standards.
What you'll do
- Set technical direction for applied ML and AI across the customer lifecycle
- Architect sub-agent systems, evaluation methods, and production safeguards
- Define modeling, experimentation, and monitoring standards
- Ship high-impact models and AI sub-agents
- Guide data foundations and knowledge layers with privacy stewardship
- Mentor data scientists and partner with product and engineering leaders
