About the role
Smartsheet provides no-code tools for project management, workflow automation, and secure solutions. The Engineering Manager will lead the Forms team, guiding backend systems, roadmap delivery, operational excellence, and team development.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop engineers across experience levels
- Create and prioritize the Forms team roadmap with Product and Design
- Drive projects from scoping through launch
- Guide backend architecture and system design decisions
- Improve system reliability, availability, and performance
- Hire engineers and manage direct reports' performance and career growth
