AI ML Ops Software Engineer (Bangalore Hybrid)

Smartsheet provides a platform for teams to manage work and is expanding its use of AI agents. This engineer will build and operate AI/ML infrastructure, deploy models, and automate and monitor production workflows.

• Build and maintain reliable AI/ML platforms and pipelines
• Package and deploy models and foundation-model services to production
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and automate retraining workflows
• Provision and optimize infrastructure for model training and serving
• Monitor model performance, data drift, latency, and resource usage
• Manage model, data, and code versioning and governance
