About the role
Smartsheet provides work management software that helps teams manage work and scale solutions. The manager will lead a Bangalore analytics team and deliver insights and reporting that guide global sales and go-to-market decisions.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop five Senior Revenue Operations Analysts and one Data Engineer
- Set team priorities and oversee performance management and career development
- Lead analysis of pipeline health, retention, sales productivity, territories, services, and commissions
- Maintain sales reporting infrastructure and monitor data quality
- Partner with global GTM leaders and Bangalore BI and Data Engineering teams
- Improve operational processes, work intake, and analytical throughput
