About the role
Zscaler’s Zero Trust Exchange protects customers from cyberattacks and data loss through a global cloud security platform. You will design and build software, improve existing code, collaborate across engineering teams, and resolve complex customer issues.
What you'll do
- Partner with product management to define product requirements
- Design software specifications and implement code using test-driven methods
- Refactor code to improve maintainability and reusability
- Collaborate with security, UI, platform, analytics, and quality teams
- Diagnose complex customer issues and own their resolution
