About the role
Zscaler provides a cloud security platform that connects users, devices and applications while protecting against cyberattacks and data loss. This engineer resolves complex escalated security and networking issues, reproduces customer problems, and works with Engineering on troubleshooting and product feedback.
What you'll do
- Debug complex security and networking problems through phone and email consultations
- Work with Engineering to test and troubleshoot customer issues
- Reproduce customer issues and share feedback with Engineering and Operations
- Document incident resolutions not covered in the knowledge base
- Provide input on product and code changes throughout the product cycle
