About the role
Zscaler provides a cloud security platform that protects customers and connects users, devices, and applications. You will scope and architect professional services engagements for enterprise customers, supporting sales through technical discovery, estimates, and delivery handovers.
What you'll do
- Lead customer architecture workshops and technical discovery
- Advise Service Sales Managers on customer requirements and service packages
- Design Statements of Work for complex product deployments
- Validate technical feasibility, risk mitigation, and effort estimates
- Hand over scoped requirements and design decisions to implementation teams
- Drive scoping governance and enablement workshops
