• Monitor application and infrastructure health
• Track dashboards and identify performance issues and production anomalies
• Manage end-of-day batch jobs, scheduled tasks, and reporting
• Acknowledge alerts and create incidents through closure
• Triage production issues and coordinate escalations with engineering teams
• Maintain incident logs, post-incident documentation, and operational runbooks
