About the role
Vegapay builds configurable fintech infrastructure for banks and enterprises to launch credit and payment programs. You will maintain production reliability, debug incidents, drive root-cause fixes, and support client partners and product launches.
What you'll do
- Own production reliability across credit, UPI, ledgering, and reconciliation systems
- Debug production issues across services, APIs, and data layers
- Partner with engineering teams to identify root causes and permanent fixes
- Triage incidents and drive resolution within SLAs
- Lead post-incident reviews and maintain resolution playbooks
- Monitor systems and support production-ready product launches
