About the role
Nextiva provides a customer experience and team collaboration platform powered by AI. You will build and scale production Voice AI systems, including conversational agents and real-time AI pipelines.
What you'll do
- Architect and build real-time conversational and agentic AI systems
- Own AI engineering initiatives from experimentation through deployment and optimization
- Develop low-latency distributed systems for real-time AI workloads
- Build Voice AI pipelines spanning audio, speech recognition, and language models
- Create agent orchestration, retrieval, context, and memory systems
- Establish AI evaluation, observability, and production quality frameworks
