Staff Engineer, CPU Core Verification

Tenstorrent develops RISC-V CPUs and compute technologies for AI workloads. You will verify CPU core features and microarchitectural scenarios, debug regressions, and improve coverage and testbench infrastructure.

• Plan and drive functional verification for CPU core features
• Develop UVM, assembly, and C/C++ stimulus, models, and coverage
• Debug simulation and emulation regressions using RTL, waveforms, and logs
• Enhance coverage models, testbenches, and debug infrastructure
• Collaborate with design, validation, and test teams on CPU bring-up
