About the role
Analog Devices develops semiconductor technologies spanning analog, digital, AI, and software products. This engineer will develop and qualify automated test solutions for mixed-signal audio and battery management products from silicon development through production.
What you'll do
- Design probe and production test solutions for multi-site testing
- Develop ATE software according to product specifications
- Contribute to DFT and BIST definition with design teams
- Characterize silicon, analyze yield, and correlate test results
- Release test programs to offshore production facilities
