About the role
Palo Alto Networks builds cybersecurity products and operates global cloud infrastructure for enterprise customers. You will operate production platforms and use AI-assisted automation to improve reliability, observability, and incident response.
What you'll do
- Operate large-scale global production environments with AI-focused automation
- Build LLM-powered runbooks, incident diagnostics, and intelligent alerting
- Design and manage Kong API Gateway infrastructure and GKE clusters
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm
- Investigate and resolve incidents across complex distributed systems
- Develop automation and operational tooling in Python, Bash, and Go
