About the role
Palo Alto Networks develops cybersecurity products and is building AI capabilities across enterprise IT systems. You will build, integrate and evaluate agentic AI workflows that automate business processes while providing safety controls and human oversight.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain agent workflows with orchestration frameworks
- Integrate agents with enterprise applications through APIs and events
- Develop RAG pipelines using vector stores for enterprise context
- Create evaluation suites, guardrails and human approval workflows
- Instrument agents with tracing and metrics to improve performance
