About the role
Palo Alto Networks provides cybersecurity products and services to protect digital systems. You will deploy and optimize certificate lifecycle management and PKI solutions, advise customers, and lead technical implementations and escalations.
What you'll do
- Lead complex deployments of certificate lifecycle management and PKI solutions
- Integrate and troubleshoot certificate lifecycles across hybrid environments
- Train customers and guide adoption of product features and best practices
- Assess deployment gaps and develop improvement plans
- Lead customer escalations with internal teams
- Advise customer stakeholders on technical use cases and optimization
