About the role
Trane Technologies creates climate solutions for buildings, homes and transportation. This supervisor will lead logistics claims investigations and resolutions while developing the claims team and improving operational processes.
What you'll do
- Oversee claims intake, investigation, documentation, resolution and closure
- Assign work, coach team members and monitor performance
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, carriers and insurers to resolve claims
- Ensure claims comply with company policies, laws and regulatory requirements
- Analyze claims trends and root causes, then implement corrective actions
