About the role
Dozee provides AI-powered remote patient monitoring and early warning systems for hospitals and homes. The Supply Chain Executive will coordinate return tickets, reverse logistics, returned inventory, repairs and replacements, and operational reporting.
What you'll do
- Handle return tickets and close them within defined SLAs
- Coordinate return pickups with logistics partners and track goods
- Maintain returned-asset inventory and reconcile received materials
- Coordinate inspection, repair, and replacement of faulty returns
- Prepare return reports and identify operational bottlenecks
