About the role

Dozee provides AI-powered contactless remote patient monitoring and early warning systems for healthcare providers. The Hardware Team Lead manages hardware, firmware, and mechanical engineering delivery from concept through design transfer.

What you'll do

Lead and develop the hardware, firmware, and mechanical engineering team
Own hardware and firmware delivery from requirements through design transfer
Guide embedded and RTOS architecture, drivers, and hardware-firmware integration
Build and test prototypes, then oversee verification and compliance testing
Manage risk analyses and technical contributions to regulatory submissions
Investigate field complaints and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions
