About the role
Rimini Street provides third-party support and managed services for enterprise software, including SAP. You will troubleshoot SAP TM and WM issues, support client configurations and integrations, and help customers use these systems effectively.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot complex customer issues in SAP applications
- Provide remote functional support and training for SAP TM modules
- Design and configure SAP transportation and warehouse management systems
- Perform functional, unit and integration testing
- Create scripts to identify, analyze and correct data issues
- Support client customizations and develop application break fixes
