Systems Engineer IV

Wabtec develops rail equipment, systems, and digital solutions, including train automation products for freight operations. This engineer will lead system design and integration, manage requirements, coordinate verification and validation, and address technical issues.

• Lead design, development, integration, testing, and enhancement of train handling solutions
• Elicit, analyze, define, and manage customer and system requirements
• Coordinate design reviews, technical assessments, and verification and validation
• Investigate system performance issues and implement corrective actions
• Plan and execute field testing and operational evaluations
• Apply AI-enabled tools to improve engineering analysis and productivity
