About the role

RSM provides professional services to middle-market clients, including tax services for financial services businesses. This role reviews complex partnership tax returns, advises clients, coordinates engagements and supports tax service delivery.

What you'll do

Review complex private equity, hedge fund and fund-of-funds partnership tax returns
Advise clients on tax planning, research, compliance and mergers and acquisitions
Coordinate tax client service and manage client engagement needs
Review research findings for consistency with firm policies and professional standards
Support new business development and identify tax issues for existing clients
Keep current with tax practices and changes in tax law
