About the role
PwC India provides tax and business services to clients across industries and jurisdictions. This associate will develop M&A tax analyses, models and reports, support transaction and restructuring work, and mentor junior team members.
What you'll do
- Analyze tax structures and issues in mergers and acquisitions
- Develop tax models for transactions and restructuring
- Prepare tax structuring and due diligence reports
- Review purchase and sale agreements for tax implications
- Support tax and finance integration after deals
- Mentor junior team members on tax modeling and integration
