Technical Manager (Regression Manager: 2G/4G/5G Radio Products )

Parallel Wireless develops 2G, 4G and 5G radio products, including O-RAN systems. The manager will lead regression validation, automate test scenarios and ensure product quality and delivery commitments.

• Lead and mentor the regression team on test design, debugging and automation
• Develop test plans and scenarios from the product roadmap
• Build and maintain Python test automation frameworks and instrument drivers
• Automate radio conformance and end-to-end tests within CI/CD and Kubernetes
• Execute conformance tests and characterize RF subsystems using test equipment
• Root-cause RF issues with hardware, firmware and software teams
