About the role
Parallel Wireless develops Open RAN technology and solutions for mobile network operators. This engineer monitors networks, reports and explains KPIs, automates recurring reports, and provides first-level technical support.
What you'll do
- Monitor networks on a rotating 24x7 shift
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly technical reports
- Automate recurring report generation
- Present KPI analysis and root cause findings to customers
- Provide first-level support for network monitoring issues
