About the role
Definitive Healthcare and Analytical Wizards help customers use data and applications to solve business challenges. You will govern and optimize TPM tools, reporting, data quality, and capacity-planning operations.
What you'll do
- Administer Jira, Confluence, Tempo, ScriptRunner, Asana, and integrations
- Configure Jira workflows, permissions, dashboards, and automation
- Develop operational dashboards and executive reports
- Audit Jira and Tempo data and maintain backlog hygiene
- Support engineering capacity planning and resource forecasting
- Create user guides, training, and onboarding materials
