About the role
Biogen develops therapies for neurological and rare diseases, and its Bangalore capability center supports global IT operations. The consultant will translate pharmacovigilance business needs into Veeva Vault Safety solutions and support implementation, validation, testing, and adoption.
What you'll do
- Gather and document pharmacovigilance and safety document management requirements
- Translate business requirements into solution specifications
- Conduct fit-gap assessments and recommend Vault practices
- Prepare and review project and validation deliverables
- Lead user acceptance testing and validation activities
- Support release planning, impact assessments, and change management
