About the role
Valtech provides digital experience innovation and transformation consulting to major brands. This consultant will advise retail clients, shape technology and transformation strategies, and turn innovation opportunities into measurable business initiatives.
What you'll do
- Advise retail executives on commerce, store operations and customer experience transformation
- Lead discovery workshops and define future-state capabilities and roadmaps
- Shape MVPs, proofs of value and business cases for retail technology initiatives
- Support proposals, RFPs and executive transformation presentations
- Identify account opportunities and represent the retail practice at industry events
