About the role
Sartorius develops technologies that help translate scientific discoveries into medicines and therapeutics. The TPM Specialist will lead site improvement initiatives, analyze processes, and track progress toward operational performance goals.
What you'll do
- Lead site TPM initiatives and continuous improvement work
- Coordinate TPM pillars and guide business functions through improvement efforts
- Analyze processes using gap analysis and PDCA to identify and eliminate losses
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects and monitor execution
- Set measurable standards and track improvement objectives
- Deliver workshops and training while sharing technical expertise
