About the role
Sartorius develops technologies that help translate scientific discoveries into medicines for patients. The OPM Specialist will manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, support customer service operations, and monitor fulfillment performance.
What you'll do
- Validate customer orders, contract terms, pricing, and documentation
- Manage order processing from receipt through delivery
- Oversee bonded warehouse operations and inventory compliance
- Monitor delivery performance against SLAs and KPIs
- Resolve customer complaints, service issues, and escalations
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
