What you'll do
- Review loan files and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
- Resolve routine issues and escalate complex or high-risk matters
- Update loan records, systems, queues, and workflow trackers
- Prioritize assigned work based on service levels and loan urgency
- Coordinate with underwriting and mortgage operations teams to resolve issues
- Identify recurring defects and suggest improvements to procedures and controls
