What you'll do
- Lead governance for strategic managed service and professional services suppliers
- Own supplier reviews, SLA validation, contract changes, and escalations
- Develop scorecards, dashboards, and reporting for supplier performance
- Coordinate supplier transitions and cross-functional service dependencies
- Partner with IT, procurement, finance, sourcing, legal, and operations teams
