Vice President - Finance & Compliance

Pointo is described as operating in an asset-heavy or operationally intensive business. The Vice President will lead finance operations, strategic planning, fundraising readiness, audits, taxation and regulatory compliance.

• Oversee accounting, banking, payables, receivables and treasury operations
• Design financial controls and standard operating procedures across business units
• Lead annual planning, budgeting, projections and cash-flow forecasting
• Support fundraising, term-sheet evaluation and due diligence readiness
• Direct tax strategies and oversee statutory, internal and stock audits
• Oversee legal, secretarial and regulatory compliance
