About the role
Pointo's analytics support collections, payments, customer onboarding, and risk operations. The Data Analyst will build reporting, validate and reconcile data, and provide insights to guide operational decisions.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports across operational teams
- Create KPI tracking and automated reporting systems
- Analyze payment failures, collection trends, and onboarding funnels
- Audit and reconcile data across systems
- Work with Engineering on data ingestion and warehouse improvements
