About the role
Konovo provides healthcare organisations with access to a global network of healthcare professionals and patients for research. The VP will build and lead India’s delivery organisation, overseeing research operations, client delivery, team development and project economics.
What you'll do
- Build and lead the India delivery organisation
- Standardise delivery workflows, handoffs and quality checks
- Oversee feasibility, sourcing, fieldwork, quality, timelines and budgets
- Lead critical client delivery conversations and resolve escalations
- Manage delivery costs, productivity, margins and billing readiness
- Partner with Product and Technology to improve delivery tools and automation
