About the role
Konovo connects healthcare organisations with healthcare professionals and patients for research insights. The Growth Marketing Manager will run social and paid campaigns, measure acquisition performance, and support member reward operations and AI-enabled workflows.
What you'll do
- Plan and publish HCP-focused social content
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta
- Test creative, audiences, placements, keywords, and bids
- Maintain UTM tracking and QA conversion events
- Report performance and prioritize growth recommendations
- Process member credits and validate AI-assisted workflows
