About the role
PwC India provides client consulting services, including Workday human capital management implementation and support. You will help configure Workday HCM, gather client requirements, test processes, analyze reports, and prepare user guidance.
What you'll do
- Gather client requirements and track implementation deliverables
- Configure employee data, job profiles, and organizational structures in Workday
- Prepare test cases, execute scripts, and record results
- Document business requirements, configurations, and process flows
- Analyze HR data and Workday reports to identify process gaps
- Prepare training materials and user guidance for Workday users
