About the role
PwC India provides Workday consulting services to clients across HR, finance, payroll and other business functions. You will lead Workday integration delivery, guide teams, and manage client workstreams from design through deployment and support.
What you'll do
- Lead Workday integration workstreams across client engagements
- Manage planning, budgets, execution and delivery of HCM integration initiatives
- Guide teams through solution design, testing, deployment and post-go-live support
- Review integration mappings, data flows and error handling logic
- Develop client-specific solutions using Workday reporting and analytics tools
- Coach team members and manage expectations across client stakeholder groups
