About the role
Billups provides media advertising services. The Accounting Analyst will handle general ledger activities, reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and tax compliance.
What you'll do
- Post accrual and prepayment journal entries
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and month-end close checklists
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Process and report monthly commission payments
- Review expense submissions and process reimbursements
- Maintain documentation for balance sheet activity
