About the role
Billups provides global out-of-home advertising services supported by an analytics and measurement platform. The AR Analyst processes financial data, supports reconciliations and reporting, and assists with accounts receivable and month-end close.
What you'll do
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and assist with month-end reporting
- Process cash deposits and support Treasury reporting
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable activities
- Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Maintain customer and vendor data
- Support weekly payments and month- and year-end close
