AP Analyst

Billups provides out-of-home advertising services and analytics to advertisers and agencies. You will process vendor invoices and payments, reconcile accounts, maintain vendor records and support AP compliance and reporting.

• Process vendor invoices and payments
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries
• Reconcile vendor statements and prepare accounts payable reports
• Ensure compliance with accounts payable policies
