About the role
Xometry's digital marketplace connects manufacturers with buyers seeking global manufacturing capacity. The Accounts Payable Specialist will process invoices and payments, reconcile accounts, support close and audit work, and improve procure-to-pay processes.
What you'll do
- Process vendor invoices and verify expense classification and documentation
- Resolve vendor discrepancies and maintain vendor master data
- Process authorized ACH and wire payments and investigate payment issues
- Reconcile creditor accounts, vendor accruals, cards, and reimbursements
- Support month-end reporting, audit requests, and journal entries
