Manufacturing Partner Success Manager

Xometry connects buyers with manufacturers through a digital marketplace that supports global manufacturing. You will resolve partner production issues, manage order queues, and coordinate task completion across the job lifecycle.

• Resolve production blockers involving cost, lead times, freight, and labels
• Manage job cancellation requests and missing inspection documents
• Monitor communication queues and prioritize tasks to prevent production stalls
• Recover troubled orders and execute pull-in requests
• Coordinate with Operations and Quality CoE teams
• Escalate complex risks and document revenue recognition
