About the role
Xometry operates a digital marketplace connecting manufacturers with buyers seeking manufacturing capacity. The Payroll Specialist will process US payroll, maintain payroll records, support employee pay inquiries, and ensure regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll and employee status changes
- Audit timecard data and prepare it for payroll imports
- Validate new-hire tax setup and process equity-related payroll items
- Maintain accurate payroll and employee records
- Respond to employee questions about pay and deductions
- Support payroll system implementations and the Payroll Manager
