What you'll do
- Oversee global invoicing, adjustments, and account reconciliations
- Resolve billing disputes and escalations with Credit and Collections
- Investigate invoice discrepancies and expedite corrections
- Coordinate with Revenue, Finance, and IT to resolve billing bottlenecks
- Manage month-end and quarter-end billing activities
- Improve billing processes and ensure SOX 404 control compliance
