About the role
Prodigal provides connected AI agents for financial institutions' customer and operational workflows. The AI Deployment Lead scopes, delivers, tests, and improves customer deployments through launch and stabilization.
What you'll do
- Map customer workflows, systems, and integration requirements
- Own phased delivery across concurrent customer deployments
- Design scenarios and test AI agent performance
- Track post-launch KPIs, issues, and continuous improvements
- Coordinate incident response SLAs with engineering owners
